The Guest House Vacation Rental

With rates starting at just $325.00 per night, this beautiful 3 bedroom Guest House vacation rental is less than 2 miles north of East Burke Village and has direct access to the VAST snowmobile trails, as well as direct access to the Kingdom Trails.  We are also just a short drive to Burke Mountain.

The house includes 2 queen beds / 4 twin beds with all linens provided as well as 3 full bathrooms. Included is a beautiful 1st floor living room with a queen pullout couch and a spacious second floor family room. If paired with our "Barn" unit, these two units would easily accommodate larger groups, multiple families or group events.

Need to wash some clothes after a long day of biking or skiing? No Problem! This house comes with a washer and dryer for you to use as needed. 

If you are hungry after a long day of enjoying all that Vermont has to offer, there is a full kitchen which includes a microwave, Keurig and blender. If you would prefer to eat outdoors we also offer an outdoor grill and fire pit. 

This rental includes free Wi-Fi as well as smart TVs.

    Friday - Saturday: $350.00 per night up to 8 people.
